Our Adopt-A-Hive Program Gets A Major Overhaul & Page Redesign

Recently, we announced major changes to our branding and website that would completely reshape the future of Bear Country Bees and (hopefully) make a positive impact on the beekeeping industry.

Today, we’re announcing 3 important updates to our Adopt-A-Hive program that will continue to push our quest to help honey bees even further.

For quite some time, Adopt-A-Hive has provided wonderful opportunities for those who don’t want to or aren’t able to be backyard beekeepers help save more honey bees.

But…

It’s time to take things to the next level (and beyond).

We’ve given the Adopt-A-Hive program some serious upgrades including an awesome new look for the Adopt-A-Hive page.

These changes are going into effect immediately so make sure to watch the video and then read below for the full scoop on all of the changes coming your way.

#1: Simplified Packages & Pricing

Up till now, we’ve had four different adoption packages available in our Adopt-A-Hive program:

While these packages were a great first step, we’ve simplified these 4 “legacy” packages down to 3 new packages based on the feedback we’ve received from you.

Here are the 3 new adoption packages that we will be offering going forward along with some updates to the prices:

You might notice that the package names are almost identical to those we used previously.

But make no mistake, these new packages have been thoughtfully reconstructed to create opportunities for you to help honey bees in the way that is most meaningful to you.

In addition to simplifying these new packages, we’ve also simplified the (yearly) pricing associated with each package so that even more people can join our quest to save more honey bees.

#2: Expanded Items In Your Adoption Gift Sets

While Adopt-A-Hive is primarily about helping save honey bees & funding honey bee research, we also want to give a special, unique thanks to all of our adoptive parents. We couldn’t do what we do without your continued support!

With that goal in mind, we’ve expanded the items that are available in your gift sets to give you an even more exclusive and unrivaled beehive adoption experience.

#3: Greater Clarity on Benefits + Better Transparency On How Funds Are Used

We’ve always made great efforts to provide clarity on the benefits you receive with any of our products and Adopt-A-Hive is no exception.

However, we’ve taken this an extra step with our overhauled program & our newly designed page on our website.

The same is true for transparency on how the funds will be used to help save more honey bees.

Namely, we’ve always been fully transparent to the fact that 100% of the proceeds will be used to fund the needs of your hive for 1 year.

If any funds are left over after covering the needed expenses, those resources will be used to fund honey bee research that can help us tackle the global challenges honey bees face.

We hope this additional clarity & transparency will dispel any doubts you may have about the safety and efficacy of adopting your own beehive.
