How much time do I have to submit a return request? When will it be processed?
All return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order. Any return requests submitted after 14 days will not be accepted. Once you have submitted your return request, please allow 2-3 business days for your request to be processed or responded to.
How do I submit a return request?
To submit a return request, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line "Return Request". Please include the following information when submitting your request:
- Full Name
- Date your order was placed
- Items you want to return
- Copy of receipt or proof of purchase
*Please note that additional information may be required in order to complete a return request. You will be notified via email if any additional information is required.
What items are eligible for returns?
Any unopened or unused items can be returned within the allotted 14-day return period.
What condition must the item(s) be in to be accepted for a return?
To be eligible for a return, returned item(s) must meet the following requirements:
- Item(s) must be unopened, unused, and in the condition in which it was received
- Item(s) must be in the original packaging
- Receipt or proof of purchase is required with the return
Do I have to pay shipping to return item(s)?
Yes, the buyer will pay any return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Are there any restocking or other fees?
No, we do not charge any extra fees, including restocking fees.
Once a return has been authorized, how will my purchase be refunded?
Once we have authorized a return, you will have the choice of receiving in-store credit, order a replacement item of equal or lesser value, or receive a full refund. Please allow 5-10 business days for your reimbursement to issued. Please note that no refunds, in-store credit, or replacement items will be issued until we have received the items you originally purchased and can authorize a return.
